Vendored from npm packages already used by the Chaosgoo blog, not fetched from a CDN at runtime.

Changes: parser import paths have explicit browser-relative .js extensions. The npm gifsicle factory has an ESM default export appended. The WASM binary is unchanged. Retain licenses, this notice, package metadata and upstream source/build links when upgrading or redistributing.
